Vegan Cuts (Stripes), made in Switzerland from Swiss malt spent grain and Swiss pea protein. High in protein and fibre, low in fat. Thinly sliced, giving them the ideal texture for meatless alternatives such as kebab and gyros dishes.

Only 6 Ingredients:

  • Barley malt product (CH)
  • Pea protein (CH)
  • Wheat gluten
  • Water
  • Salt (CH)
  • Natural flavourings

Firm texture, similar to lean kebab meat. Irregular cut: height 1–3 mm; length 10–60 mm; width 10–25 mm. Available marinades: Kebab, Greek, Vietnamese.
