In 2020 Circular Food Solutions was founded with the idea of developing upcycling solutions that become a game changer in the plant-based meat business – by making food side streams accessible as a food for humans. The people behind this idea are Carsten Petry and Friedrich Witschi who continue to nurture and improve their vision to lead it to success.
